With our core business being the pharmaceutical, nutritional, and general consumer packaging industries, our Quality Assurance processes are a critical, and integral part of our products and services.

Our Quality Assurance program is the responsibility of our Continuous Improvement / Quality Management Team.

We have developed a robust production inspection program around the following core principles:

• Clearly defining critical steps in production
  
  
• Defining the standards to be met
  
  
• Performing Inspections as early in the process as possible to reduce time / rework
  
  
• Ensuring multiple layers of quality control to add to inspections done in previous processes
  
  
• Clearly record and communicate the inspection results
  
  
• Developing and implementing improvements in cases of potential for a failed inspection
  
  
• Developing and implementing preventive measures in cases of failed inspections
  
  
• Involving members of each department in the company to manage this
