Autumn Graphics Team

PRESIDENT
As the youngest son of one of our founders, Jerry Abray, Ben has been a part of the Autumn Graphics team since 1989. During his time at Autumn Graphics, Ben has experienced various aspects of production including camera work, contacting, analog proofing, scanning, etc. He also has experince in sales, customer service, and production management. Ben played an integral role pioneering our digital prepress department and developing our litho and flexo CTP workflows. As President of Autumn Graphics, Ben is currently responsible for business development, research and development, and administration. He is also involved in many aspects of customer service, production, technical support, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and human resources.

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Steve Blass has been with Autumn Graphics for the past 21 years. During his time at Autumn Graphics, Steve has spent time as a Plate Maker, a Proofer, a Camera / Scanner Operator, a Film Stripper, and an Electronic Prepress Operator. Steve has worked as the Production Manager for the past 10 years. He also currently oversees Autumn Graphics' Continuous Improvement Team and the Health and Safety Committee.

OPERATIONS MANAGER / INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Tony Grossi has held a wide variety of positions within the prepress industry over the past 29 years. He has been with Autumn Graphics for the past 14 years. He applies his diverse experience currently to his positions as Operations Manager and International Accounts Representative.

AFTERNOON SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Colin Duncan has been with Autumn Graphics for 13 years. He has worked in the printing / prepress industry for almost 21 years. Colin has worked as a Proofer, a Litho Platemaker, a Film Duper, and a Digital Prepress Operator at Autumn Graphics. Colin has now been working as our Afternoon Shift Supervisor for the past 6 years.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Domenic Garisto, has worked in the printing and prepress industry for over 23 years. Experienced in plate making, proofing, camera, film stripping, customer service, research and development and technical support. Focusing on technical sales for the last 10 years. Domenic is currently responsible for business development and account management.

TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Ian has been with Autumn Graphics for over 18 years. He has experience as a Plate Maker, a Proofer, a Camera Operator, a Film Stripper, and an Electronic Prepress Operator. Ian now uses his experience and knowledge as a Technical Customer Services Representative.

TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Rick has spent the past 12 years with Autumn and has a total of 20 years experience within the prepress and printing industry. He has experience as a graphic designer, proofer and Prepress operator. Rick has transferred his skills to his role as Technical Customer Services Representative.

TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Working in the packaging industry for the past 13 years, Michael began his career in the flexographic and gravure liquid ink world. Prior to working at Autumn Graphics, Michael spent time in technical and press-side support, research & development, project management, quality control, workflow development and customer onsite services. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Specialized Honours) from York University with a focus on painting and printmaking.

TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Valerie Richards has worked in the Prepress Industry for the past 16 years. She has a Degree in Visual Arts from the University of Western Ontario and a Diploma in Graphic Communications from Fanshawe College. Valerie has worked as a Technical Customer Service Representative at Autumn Graphics for the past 3 years. Prior to her time at Autumn Graphics, Valerie spent time working in Production Management and Sales.

TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Dave Bear has 30 years of experience in the prepress industry. He has been with Autumn Graphics for the past 22 years. During his time at Autumn Graphics, Dave has spent time as a Plate Maker, a Proofer, a Film Stripper, and an Electronic Prepress Operator. He now applies his experience in these areas to his position as a Technical Customer Service Representative.
